Jeanne Abel Miniatures
Sweet Shop by Jeanne Abel
McCluggage's Sweet Shop was created for Jeanne's husband, Alan, to honor the nostalgic memories of his youth, growing up in Coshocton, Ohio in the 1930s and 1940s. The Coshocton Tribune, March 27, 1947: "McCluggage's Confectionary, 504 Main Street, has been a meeting place for Coshocton school children for more than four decades. When the telephone rings it is generally a call concerning a "date" for one of the teenagers, just as it used to be when their parents and grandparents spent after-school hours enjoying ice cream sodas around old fashioned wire-legged tables."

About Me
My name is Jeanne Abel. I have been working with miniatures for several decades. I am both an avid collector and experienced miniature maker. I design, build and furnish most of my creations from scratch, using collected materials that I have saved over the years.
